You’ll find our swimming pool, 10x6m with a max of 1.20m, in the large garden of the farmhouse. The pool is secured with a fence and a gate with a double lock. Little children can’t enter on their own. The pool is heated through solar tubes on the roof of the terrace. Next to the pool we have two terraces, one covered and a long one beside the pool, equipped with colourful chairs.
To make a long story short, a lovely place to chill and watch the children play.
To keep it safe for everyone “bombs” and “diving” are strictly forbidden. No glass allowed on poolside.
Here you will find all the touristic information as well as a small library. For the rare occasions that we have some rain, children can play here in a comfortable room with table football and other games.
During the Olympics and other big tournaments we can watch television here.
The very spacious and cozy garden, situated behind our farmhouse, has lots of nice areas to relax. Also you will find here our swimming pool and the boules “pétanque” court. For the children we have a small playground with a swing. You can find shade everywhere but of course you can also choose for a nice spot in the sunshine.
Six days a week we have a bread service on site. Around 08.45 the van arrives on the campsite where you can pick up and pay for your ordered bread and croissants. Every day we pin up a list to our notice board where you can order the bread you want.
It’s cash payment only with the baker.
On the day of arrival and departure you can drive up to your pitch on the campsite. On the other days driving is not allowed on the campsite, which makes it very safe for everyone, especially the children. Entering the campsite, turn immediately left for our parking lot.
We have sepcial wooden trollies for you to take your groceries to the tent. If it’s raining you are not allowed to drive to your tent or caravan. There’s a seperate parking in front of the barn for the guests of our rooms or gîtes.
In the middle of the big field we created an area where it is allowed to make a campfire. Yes, every day it’s allowed. Find your own pieces of wood in the small forest. Cutting in this forest is strictly forbidden, but everything that lays on the ground can be picked up.
Finally, always have a bucket of water close to the fire, just in case ………. and to put the fire out at the end of the evening. In times of serious drought it might happen that we have to forbid the campfire.
In the corner of the roof covered terrace next to the pool, we placed a fridge where you will find cold soft drinks, wine and beer. On the small table next to the fridge you’ll find the honesty box (notebook) On the day of departure the bill is settled.
Because the majority walks bare foot : No glass allowed on the poolside!
